The Cycling Certifed Cicerone has partnered with The Beer Pack Mule to bring you the perfect solution to your problem! Sign up today for a monthly craft beer crate of unique PNW beers that are rarely distributed outside their home towns. There’s almost no other way to get these beers, so you’re sure to get something you haven’t tried before and will likely never have a chance to try again! Better yet, when you crack open these beers for the first time, yours truly will be there to guide you with tasting techniques and notes to help you get the most out of your special beer!

 

How it works

This is a totally unique way to get fresh, rare beer outside of its home turf. Here’s how it works. You sign up on packmule.beer and select a beer drop-off location and date that works for you. Then, on your pickup day, meet the Pack Mule in his refrigerated truck at the drop-off location to pick up your beer! Simple as that! Miss your pickup date? No worries! The mule will be back in two weeks for your second chance. Then, if you can hold off drinking at least some of your new beer until the end of the month, you can join the Cycling Certified Cicerone and the rest of the Taste Of The Monday’s Community for a semi-formal virtual zoom happy hour where we deep dive into what makes these beers special, discuss tasting techniques, and share beer knowledge!

Why’s It like that?

Why do I have to go to a dropoff point? Why can’t my beer just be delivered to my house? It’s for the same reason you can’t find these beers anywhere else! Super fun federal and state alcohol laws prevent retailers from shipping beers directly to consumers unless they meet very specific rules. These same rules make it hard for small and local breweries to get their beer into those channels. That leaves tons of small-batch brews locked behind big roadblocks, never able to reach your local area. We’ve circumvented those barriers with our little refrigerated truck and brought the beer store straight to you!

Taste of the mondays

 

The Beer Packmule offers tons of different craft beers and club options, but obviously our favorite is the one we’re a part of - Taste Of The Mondays. Every month on the last Monday of the month, it’s the only beer club that comes with curated top-tier beers that change monthly and a guided virtual tasting of those beers! Each crate comes with three different beers, with a duplicate of each. We’ll crack open one of each can and go through the lineup. You’ll learn official BJCP tasting guidelines and share your thoughts with the rest of the folks who have joined in for the tasting with you. Every month we’ll change the theme. This month it’s GABF Gold Medal Winners. Next month, maybe all IPAs or All sours! It’s a mystery! Our first tasting is Monday, April 26th at 6:30PM, so sign up now so you have time to get your beers from your dropoff!
