Ghost Fish brewery is an all gluten free brewery and pub in Sodo, Seattle. Unlike other gluten free beers that are often merely "gluten removed" and thus not suitable for those with Celiac disease, Ghost Fish brews with ingedients that never contained gluten to begin with, so they are clear to drink! Brewer and co founder of GF, Jason, clears up some of the misconceptions about gluten free beer for drinkers and brewers alike and shares his wealth of knowledge that he built from the ground up after being told he'd never be able to drink beer again.
