Back in Minnesota again, we find ourselves in St Paul, one of the twins of the Twin Cities. St Paul's Flat Earth is a brewery that has taken up residence in the shell of the old Hamm's Brewery. We got the tour of the spooky, unused floors that are currently, slowly, being renovated. The history of the brewery is more than the history of the building though, and our boy Franco gives the low down.
